Professional Activities:

 Dr. Garmann's books include Die Traumlandschaften Ludwig Tiecks (Westdeutscher Verlag, 1989), and Geo Saison, Reisesprachführer, Reise-Set, m. Cassette, Amerikanisch (Bertelsmann Lexikon Verlag ,1996). She has published numerous articles in academic journals, including The German Quarterly, Germanisch-Romanische Monatsschrift, Orbis Litterarum, Papers in French Seventeenth-Century Literature, and Resources for 18th-Century Studies across The Disciplines. Her poems have appeared in various magazines and anthologies around the world.
