Gerburg Garmann

Dr. Garmann teaches German and French languages and cultures. Her
research areas include the German Enlightenment, Classicism and
Romanticism, French literature and culture from the 17th through
19th centuries, as well as modern literary theory, psychoanalytical
approaches to literature, and feminist theory. She is also very
interested in intercultural training for businesses and other institutions,
and loves international cinema, cuisine, and poetry. Her publications
include books and articles on German and French Classicism, Romanticism
and literary theory. She has also published over 40 poems in international
journals and on-line publications.
